Which trading pairs are supported by Futures Grid?
Currently, Futures Grid supports Derivatives trading pairs with USDT as margin. For specific trading pairs, please head to the trading page to view.
What tokens does Poloniex support to create my Futures Grid?
Currently, only USDT is supported.
Are there any fees associated with Futures Grid?
The fee structure is the same as for rates incurred when you trade on Poloniex's Derivatives platform.
Please note that a funding fee will be incurred, which may be paid or received.
Which account do I use for Futures Grid?
Futures Grid will be channeled directly through your Poloniex Futures Account and Trading Bot Account. Please ensure account has sufficient funds
Are there any KYC requirements for Futures Grid?
Currently, there are none. Users that enabled Poloniex Futures will all be able to user Futures Grid.
What order modes does Poloniex Futures Grid offer?
Poloniex‘s Futures Grid offers three (3) ways — Neutral, Long and Short — to place your orders.
- Neutral mode is suitable for volatile markets.
- Long mode is suitable for volatile market conditions where prices are rising.
- Short mode is suitable for volatile market conditions where prices are falling.

How do I receive my Futures grid profits?
When your Futures Grid is running, your grid profits will be auto credited to your Futures Account.

Are there limits on the amount of initial margin for Futures Grid?
The initial margin amount limit can vary, depending on the upper price, lower price and the number of grids you’ve set. The specific minimum/maximum initial margin amounts will be displayed in the initial margin column based on the parameters you set.
Can I adjust my Futures Grid parameters?
Yes. You can modify two parameters of the running Futures Grid, including the Stop Top Price and Stop Bottom Price. The new parameters will take effect immediately after the modification is successfully saved.
Can I run multiple Futures Grids simultaneously under 1 Futures Symbol?
Currently, you can only have 1 Futures Grid running under 1 Futures symbol.
Why am I unable to successfully create a Futures Grid?
If you fail to create a Futures Grid, it may be due to the following reasons:
- You do not have enough USDT assets in your Futures Account to meet the minimum initial amount for your Futures Grid strategy.
- The parameters you’ve set are not within a specified range.

Do I need to terminate my Futures Grid if the market price falls outside of my predefined price range?
The Grid will only operate within the upper and lower price bounds you've configured. If the market price falls outside this range, no new order will be placed by the Grid until the price returns to the range.
Are there circumstances under which my Futures Grid position can be liquidated?
Yes, your position will be liquidated if the mark price reaches the liquidation price and your Grid will be terminated. For more details about the liquidation, please refer to the following articles:
How is my grid profit calculated if I manually close my Futures Grid strategy?
All profits will be settled immediately at market price.
