All new users who register for a Poloniex account and trade KLV for no less than 200 USDT during the campaign can each get 100 KLV. The total prize pool is 50,000 KLV and will be distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis.

During the campaign, the first 150 users whose total KLV trading volume reaches 5,000 USDT or more will each be rewarded 200 KLV. The total prize pool is 30,000 KLV, first come first served.

Rules and Terms:

1. Promotion Period: 14 days - 00:00 UTC on April 27, 2021 to 23:59 UTC on May 10, 2021
2. “Trading Volume” is defined as the sum of a user’s total buys and sells on Poloniex. We calculate Trading Volume in the following way:
   • Trading Volume = Sum (executed buys of KLV pairs) + Sum (executed sells of KLV pairs)
   • Depositing or withdrawing via Poloniex will not be factored into the Trading Volume calculation.
3. The valid Klever (KLV) markets that will count towards KLV trading volume are KLV/USDT, KLV/TRX and KLV/BTC. Trading volume will be calculated in USDT.
4. Reward 2: Users reaching the KLV trading volume tire will evenly share the corresponding prize pool.  Reward Calculation: One user's reward = Total rewards in the corresponding prize pool / Number of eligible users for the prize pool.
   • For example, if User A has a KLV trading volume equivalent to 6,000 USDT, and there are 100 people reaching that volume tier, then User A can receive a reward = 60,000 KLV/100 = 600 KLV.
5. Poloniex Plus Silver or higher-level members are not eligible for this campaign. 
6. Reward distribution: All rewards will be distributed within two weeks after the campaign ends.
7. We are unable to distribute rewards or airdrops to customer accounts that are frozen, closed, or based in a prohibited country.  Prohibited locations include: American Samoa, Cuba, Guam, Iran (the Islamic Republic of), Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Seychelles, Syrian Arab Republic, United States minor outlying islands, the United States, and Virgin Islands (U.S.).
8. The rules of the promotion shall be subject to Poloniex’s interpretations and decisions, which shall be final.  We reserve the right to disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be cheating or violating any rules and regulations set by Poloniex.
