Poloniex will initiate the public sale of PINK on LaunchBase at 13:00 (UTC) on April 25. This LaunchBase event adopts a subscription model, and all users are eligible to participate.

Subscription Terms:

● Subscription Price: 1 PINK = 0.005 USDT; 1 PINK = 3,125 HTX

The detailed rules for subscription are stated below:
I. The schedule for the PINK LaunchBase event is as follows:
● User Registration: 13:00 (UTC) on April 25 - 13:00 (UTC) on April 27
● User Subscription: 16:00 (UTC) on April 27 - 12:00 (UTC) on April 29
● System Settlement: 13:00 (UTC) on April 29 - 04:00 (UTC) on April 30
● Snapshot of Subscribed Assets: 14:00 (UTC) on April 25 - 15:00 (UTC) on April 27
● Secondary Market Opening Time: 12:00 (UTC) on April 30
● Buyback Monitoring Phase: 12:00 (UTC) on April 30 - 12:00 (UTC) on May 1
II. Hard Cap Per User
Here are the rules for the user's hard cap for the PINK LaunchBase event:
- Users can promptly find out their hard cap after registration. The earlier the registration time, the higher the hard cap.

- A user's hard cap is also determined by their average holding of the subscription tokens. The higher the amount of holdings, the higher the hard cap.

For example: User A registered on the LaunchBase event page at 04:00 (UTC) on April 27 and maintained holdings of 10,000 USDT on their Poloniex account from 14:00 (UTC) on April 25 to 15:00 (UTC) on April 27. Based on the enrollment time, User A is eligible for a hard cap of 5,000 USDT, while determined by the snapshot of the average USDT holding, the user's hard cap is 50,000 USDT. As the higher hard cap shall prevail, User A's final personal hard cap shall be 50,000 USDT.
