Poloniex to Support the Fetch.ai (FET), Ocean Protocol (OCEAN) and SingularityNET (AGIX) Token Merge

Dear Poloniex Users,

Poloniex will be supporting the Ocean Protocol (OCEAN) and SingularityNET (AGIX) token merge to Fetch.ai (FET) using the new project name Artificial Superintelligence Alliance(ASI) with the following arrangements:

  • Suspend the withdrawals and deposits of token OCEAN and AGIX at 06:00 (UTC) on July 1, 2024 .

  • Disabling of all OCEAN and AGIX spot trading pairs and cancellation of all pending OCEAN and AGIX orders (OCEAN /USDT，AGIX /USD ) will take place at 06:00 (UTC) on July 1,  2024.

  • Snapshots of users' positions will be taken at 16:00 (UTC) on July 1, 2024, after all orders are canceled. Users' OCEAN will be converted to FET on a 1:0.433226 basis, and AGIX will be converted to FET on a 1: 0.433350 basis .

  • After finishing the merging issue, will be subsequently announced, please stay tuned.

  • About rename FET to Artificial Superintelligence Alliance(ASI)  will be subsequently announced.

Please Note:

1. The system will cancel OCEAN and AGIX orders at the specified time and return the assets involved to your Spot account automatically, please cancel all pending orders before 06:00 (UTC) on July 1, 2024 to avoid any risks.

2. The system will suspend the display of OCEAN and AGIX price once trading has been disabled. OCEAN and AGIX will be excluded from the calculation of users' total balance, and your actual holdings will not be affected.

3. Poloniex reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend or change or cancel this announcement at any time and for any reasons without prior notice.
