1. Tap on the Wallet > Withdraw.
2. Select the asset you wish to withdraw. 
3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
4. Select the network you wish to withdraw with.
5. Enter the destination address, and/or additional payment ID.
6. Enter your login password to confirm. 
7. Click Continue, user confirmation is needed to complete the step. Customers with two-factor authentication enabled for their withdrawals do not receive email confirmations.

1. Click on the Wallet section at the top right of your screen.
2. Click on Withdraw and select the asset you wish to withdraw. 
3. Select the network you wish to withdraw with.
4. Enter the destination address, and/or additional payment ID, and the amount you wish to send. If you'd like to withdraw all your funds, you can click Max Amount to do this easily.
5. Click Continue, and review your withdrawal before finalizing your withdrawal by clicking the Withdraw Asset button. 
6. User confirmation is needed to complete the step. Customers with two-factor authentication enabled for their withdrawals do not receive email confirmations.

Where Do I Send My Funds?

Each asset is available on different exchanges and wallets. To find the exchanges that support an asset, we recommend looking up the asset you're withdrawing on a website like CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko. To find a wallet to send your funds to, we recommend downloading the wallet created by the asset's developers.

How long should I wait for my withdrawal to be completed?

It takes several minutes for a transaction to be complete as several confirmations are required. Depending on network congestion, it usually does not take more than 4 hours to complete. Finally,

How to cancel my withdrawal?

1. Tap on the Wallet and click on Activity on the top right corner
2. Tap on the withdrawal you wish you cancel

3. Select Cancel Withdrawal

2. Click on the 3 dots at the right of the withdrawal line
