For this reason, we cannot guarantee instant withdrawals, as they can take up to 24 hours to process. If you intend on making time-sensitive withdrawals from your Poloniex account, please keep this estimated timeline in mind before you initiate your transaction. Additionally, we highly advise against using timed addresses for withdrawals as this could lead to a loss of funds.

For security reasons, withdrawals will sometimes require direct review and approval by a member of our operations team. These will be indicated by a status that reads as Awaiting Approval. This is necessary in some cases depending on how secure your account is.

If your withdrawal is Awaiting Approval, we appreciate your patience and cooperation while we work to review it. If your withdrawal isn’t approved within the 24 hour processing time, you should be contacted via your Poloniex associated email address.
