Temporarily Disabled
If a wallet is temporarily disabled, this could be for a number of reasons. It may be disabled for an upcoming fork, general maintenance, routine updates, or perhaps the wallet wasn’t working properly. During this time, withdrawals will not be supported for the affected wallet. Any pre-existing withdrawals will be automatically completed after the wallet is re-enabled.
If a wallet is temporarily disabled, we are constantly working to have it re-enabled as soon as possible, but the timeline is often difficult to predict. If you would like to know when a particular wallet is re-enabled, please create a ticket through our Support Center and we will be happy to notify you via that ticket.
Permanently Disabled
If a wallet is permanently disabled, this means that the coin has been delisted from our exchange, and the wallet was removed from Poloniex. We announce a delisting and timeline for removing a delisted/disabled asset from our exchange prior to the date or delisting.
If you hold a balance in a permanently disabled asset, the balance is archived and unavailable for withdrawal.
