Q: Can I close my open positions for the BTS/BTC, CLAM/BTC, FCT/BTC or MAID/BTC market?
A: Yes, you may close your margin positions using the ‘Close’ button under ‘Open Position’ within the margin trading page.
Q: Can I open any margin positions in BTS/BTC, CLAM/BTC, FCT/BTC or MAID/BTC?
A: No, as of June 6th, you are not allowed to open margin positions in these 4 pairs.
Q: What happens when I leave my open positions in any of the 4 assets: BTS/BTC, CLAM/BTC, FCT/BTC or MAID/BTC?
A: Your positions will start being forced liquidated starting on August 22nd at 12:00 UTC.
Q: When will the open positions in BTS/BTC, CLAM/BTC, FCT/BTC or MAID/BTC start to be force liquidated?
A: If your positions are open in the BTS/BTC, CLAM/BTC, FCT/BTC or MAID/BTC, we will start force liquidating these positions starting on August 22nd at 12:00 UTC.
Q: What happens if I have collateral in any of these currencies: BTS, CLAM, FCT, MAID?
A: If you have any of your collateral for margin trading in BTS, CLAM, FCT or MAID, your collateral will start to be devalued starting on August 22nd at 12:00 UTC. Lowering the value of your collateral will affect your current margin and decrease the amount you can borrow. Details about how we calculate this will be forthcoming.
