Please be aware that this is the only officially supported Poloniex app in the App Store and Play Store. If you enter credentials or API keys into an unofficial app or website, you are sharing your credentials with a potentially malicious party. This could lead to a loss of assets.

iOS

To get started on your iPhone or iPad, follow the steps below:

1. Download our latest version of our iOS app here: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/poloniex/id1234141021
2. Open your app, and click “Account” in the bottom right corner, which will bring you to “My Account”
3. if you have an existing account, you can sign in by clicking “Sign In”
• This will prompt you for your email address and password, and then your 2FA code if you have 2FA enabled.
4. If you don’t have an account, you can create one by clicking “Register”, where you will be prompted to proceed through our verification process.

Android

To get started, follow the steps below: 

1. Download our latest version of our Android app here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.plunien.poloniex
2. Open your app, and click “Account” in the bottom menu, which will bring you to either sign in or register an account.
3. if you have an existing account, you can sign in by clicking “Sign In”
• This will prompt you for your email address and password, and then your 2FA code if you have 2FA enabled.
4. If you don’t have an account, you can create one by clicking “Register”, where you will be prompted to proceed through our verification process.
