We’re always looking to create new ways to add value for our traders. It’s why we’ve recently launched new features for customers to earn passive income through lending and staking, and why today we’re introducing Poloniex Plus. With Poloniex Plus our customers get benefits that add to their trading experience on Poloniex like lower trading fees, priority support, and early access to new and premium features. 

How Does Poloniex Plus Work?

We’re starting with two Poloniex Plus tiers, Plus Silver and Plus Gold. Plus Gold is our higher VIP tier which has added benefits like access to dedicated Account Managers, higher withdrawal limits, whitelisting priority, and more. Plus Silver is for loyal customers who are not trading at a Gold level quite yet or customers trading high volumes who want to remain anonymous with a Level 1 account. As you trade higher or lower volumes on Poloniex, you can move up or down our Plus tiers.

Poloniex Plus will continually be evolving to include not only more tiers and benefits, but also to be based on more than trading volume. We have some ideas up our sleeves for what’s next but will work with feedback from our initial group of Plus Silver and Plus Gold members to prioritize what comes next.
