From April 23rd at 22:47 to April 24th at 02:01 UTC, we experienced unscheduled downtime due to an issue following our planned GRIN/BTC maintenance earlier on the 23rd. While the rest of our markets have since been enabled, we are continuing to investigate our GRIN/BTC market and it will remain disabled until the issue is resolved. When we reopen GRIN/BTC, the market will be in post-only mode for an extended period of time before we enable full trading. Until then, open orders in GRIN/BTC cannot be canceled or executed. We will provide updates as we complete GRIN/BTC maintenance and open post-only mode.
Following our initial unplanned maintenance period, we began experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with one of our service providers that caused us to quickly return to maintenance mode. Once we were able to confirm that the issue was not an outcome from the first maintenance period, we were able to bring the site back up after 7 minutes. Throughout both periods of downtime, customer funds remained safe.
We understand how frustrating unplanned downtime is for our customers. Crypto markets are always active and we want to provide a reliable platform for customers to trade at all times.
