Here's an overview to guide you through our exchange. 

All available markets

The top of the exchange page shows the market pair you are currently viewing, along with some information on the Last Price, 24h Change, 24h High/Low and 24h Volume. On the left side, you can click on the trading pair to reveal a list of all available markets categorized by the trading pair: USDT, BTC, TRX, ALTS, and INNOV. When selecting a new pair, you can also sort them by Price or 24h Change. When you have a pair selected, you'll see an order box where you can place an order with your preferred order type, price and amount. 

Favorite Markets

If you hover on the market row you will see a star to the left of the pair. Click the star to add the pair to the list of your Favorites! When you enter the Markets again, you will see the trading pairs that you have added to the Favorites. Your Favorites are now stored on your account and you can view them across devices.

Order Book

To the right of the markets and to the left of the charts, you'll see our order book. You have the ability to change whether it displays buy orders, sell orders, or both by toggling the green/red lines on the top. You can also change how the order book is grouped by choosing between 0.001,0.01,0.1,10 and 100. Lastly, you can hover your cursor on either books to reveal the Avg Price, Sum BTC, and Sum USDT(for BTC/USDT pair).   

Charts

On the right side of the exchange page, it's difficult to miss the charts! The default view is the TradingView. You can also click the expanding arrows in the top-right to switch to a full-screen trading experience. In the top right, you can also switch to view the Depth Chart, which will show you the order book depth of the market you're viewing. 

Market Trades/My Trades

You can see the market trade history by toggling to Market Trades from the Order Book. This will show you all of the latest trades that have been executed within the market you are viewing. You can view your Order History and Trade History at the bottom of the page. It only shows data of the past 7 days. You need to click All Orders to view more.

Open Orders

You can see a list of your Open Orders at the bottom of the page. You have the option of viewing all of your open orders across markets, or only the specific market you’re viewing by toggling on the Hide other pairs option. 

Trollbox

You can chat with other traders and our moderators in our legendary crypto chat room. It is a gathering place for people with a passion for crypto and love for Poloniex. Although the Trollbox is located in the bottom right of the page, you can expand it to a separate window by clicking the box on the top of it. You also have the ability to edit the text size for your readability. 

Poloniex Notices

If you navigate to the top right of the webpage, you'll see a bell icon. Select that icon to view our announcements, where you can find all of the news you need to stay up to date on our listings, product, platform, and more. 

Mobile App

When we first launched, you were only able to view the new exchange from the desktop site, but we've been hard at work making improvements on our mobile apps as well. On the mobile apps, you can easily deposit, withdraw, and transfer from your wallet, trade on Futures, and set alerts.
