EPS to EPX migration

Poloniex will support the Ellipsis (EPS) token swap and redenomination plan to EPX. Further details about this change are shown below:

Deposits and withdrawals of Ellipsis Token (EPS) will be suspended at 2022-05-09 14:00(UTC)
Trading will be disabled on 2022-05-09 15:00(UTC)
Poloniex will delist all existing EPS the EPS/USDT market and cancel all pending EPS spot orders
Poloniex will complete a distribution of EPX to all eligible users at a ratio of 1 EPS = 88 EPX before EPX listing
As a customer you will have no actions to take during this migration
